Q. How many visits will I need?
A. Many factors, including diagnosis, pre-existing conditions and lifestyle impact the frequency and duration of your therapy. We work closely with you and your physician to return you to your desired level of activity as quickly and safely as possible.
Q. I am doing therapy in the gym. What should I wear?
A. Clothing appropriate for a gym setting is best; particularly clothing that allows easy access to the body part we are treating (e.g. tank top for shoulder patients, short sleeves for elbow patients, shorts for knee patients). Due to the fact that we are a facility treating men and women together at any given time, we ask that all gym clothing be of good taste.
